Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 14-week contract. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support the nursing team to deliver quality care.

The role offers a 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM shift, guaranteed 36 hours per week, and a competitive hourly rate of $22.00. Prior CNA certification and reliable, respectful approach are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow infection-control procedures and facility safety policies.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and individual care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members.
