Job description

Are you an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ready to step into a role that's all about making a difference? With a starting pay ranging from $21.00 - $24.09 per hour, your hard work will be recognized and rewarded! A shift differential of an additional $1 for hours worked between 10PM & 6AM and an additional $1 for weekends. Sign on bonuses up to $500 - To be eligible you must be in good standing and work the minimum required hours.

Shifts available:

- Evening Shift 2pm - 10:15pm

- NOC shift 10pm - 6:15am

Must be a certified CNA in the State of Oregon or currently enrolled in a CNA Class. CPR/ED certified is needed. Must be able to work with and communicate effectively with the elderly.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mennonite Village, you'll be the heart and soul of our community, providing essential care services that prioritize both the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your day will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADL), monitoring health statuses, and ensuring safety during care procedures, all while keeping accurate documentation. Accuracy in documenting activities of daily living is a must, allowing for seamless continuity of care. You'll also need the ability to perform under time pressure while maintaining your empathetic bedside manner.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Valid CNA certification in Oregon and CPR /AED certification required in first 120 days of employment
• Experience in Long term care is preferred.
