Hospice of Lenawee is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) for full-time day shift in Home Care to support patients and families with personal care and daily activities. The role follows RN-directed instructions and emphasizes patient-centered comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with selected housekeeping per RN instructions.
• Support Hospice patients and families to meet care plan goals.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities as directed.

Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant) team member for a full-time day shift position on our Home Care Team. This team member supports the mission of Hospice of Lenawee by providing and assisting with personal care and/or selected housekeeping services in order to meet the needs of the Hospice patient. The Hospice Aide duties for patient care shall be based upon written instruction prepared by the RN.

Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant) - Home Care (Full-time, Day Shift) Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (some flexibility)
• Monday - Friday
• Every 7th weekend On-call Rotation and a holiday rotation
