Job summary

Haxtun Health in Haxtun, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN roles in our Extended Care Unit. You’ll deliver hands-on patient care, support daily activities, and collaborate with the nursing team to meet physical and emotional needs on a flexible schedule.

Starting pay ranges from $20.39 to $26.51 per hour, with night (+10%) and weekend (+15%) differentials. Requirements include Colorado CNA certification and BLS; prior CNA experience is preferred.
