Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Rome, GA seeks a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for pediatric home health care. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, flexible days, nights, and weekends, with weekly pay and 24/7 clinical support.

Paid training and SIM lab are provided to help you excel in caring for medically fragile children. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and observation, maintain documentation, and uphold safety guidelines while delivering compassionate, family-centered care in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test documentation.
• Valid state-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to accurately document patient care activities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, Personal hygiene, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting.
• Perform range-of-motion exercises and mobility assistance as directed.
• Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Support the delivery of patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do
