Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking CNAs in Conyers, GA for 1:1 patient care with flexible shifts. The role offers weekly pay, dedicated clinical support, and opportunities to build lasting relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, and documentation, while following agency policies to ensure patient comfort and safety. Must have CNA and CPR, TB testing, and be at least 18 years old.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test documentation.
• Valid state-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to accurately document patient care activities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Perform range-of-motion exercises and mobility assistance as directed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Personal hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
• Perform range-of-motion exercises and mobility assistance as directed
• Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Support the delivery of patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test documentation
• Valid state-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to accurately document patient care activities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Pediatric home health experience

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
