Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a growing, team-oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This role offers competitive wages and stable full-time hours, with emphasis on respectful, unrushed resident care.

You will work under licensed nurses, assist with ADLs, respond to call lights, and help maintain a clean, comfortable environment. Training is provided; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification on state registry.

• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable; make beds.
• Assist with positioning and mobility and communicate with staff.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
• Answer call lights promptly and assist with needs
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable (clothing, linens, bedding)
• Make beds (occupied/unoccupied) and maintain a clean environment

• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and nursing staff
• Participate in shift reports and follow direction from licensed nurses
• Ensure all care is delivered with dignity and respect

CNA Requirements:
