Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Flora, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night shift at Heritage Woods of Flora. You will assist residents per care plans, support ADLs, observe health changes, and document with the clinical team.

Job Location: Heritage Woods of Flora - Flora, IL 62839 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $16.50 - $19.50 Hourly | Job Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
