Green Oaks of Valparaiso is seeking a dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver personalized care and support to residents in Valparaiso, Indiana. Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA certification.
• Graduated high school or have a GED equivalent.
• Capable of demonstrating strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as per resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Report changes in resident health to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately.

Job Location: valparaiso, IN 46383. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $18.75 - $19.00 Hourly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
