Gardant-Management-Solution in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver personalized care per resident care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and maintain dignity while reporting changes to the clinical team.

Engage with residents and families to create a positive experience. Continuous learning is encouraged through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care per resident care plans and assist with ADLs.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to create a compassionate experience.
• Promote independence and maintain resident dignity.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
