Job summary

Heritage Woods of Charleston in Charleston, IL is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our resident care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and promote dignity and independence while delivering compassionate service.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.50 to $17.00 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with residents, families and health team.
• Ability to provide compassionate support with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
