Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Aides to join our long-term care team. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day and overnight shifts to fit staff needs.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and communicate changes to the nursing staff. We value teamwork, respectful care, and ongoing clinical training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state of PA upon hire.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, input/output, and document findings.
• Communicate observations to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.

Shifts: 7am-3pm,3pm-11am and 11pm-7am

The responsibilities & duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
