Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate CNA (PRN) to join the Endoscopy team. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, assist with procedures in the Endoscopy Center, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

This per-diem position offers exposure to a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to contribute to patient care across a range of procedures in the Endoscopy suite.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho CNA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with procedures in the Endoscopy Center.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.

*This position is per-diem (as needed)*

In this fast-paced role you will direct and provide care in our Endoscopy Center. Under the supervision of an RN, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients, assist with procedures, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current CNA License for State of Idaho
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others
• Previous experience is preferred.
