Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) - ALL SHIFTS

We are a 142-Bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility offering Assisted Living and Long Term Care services. We are now hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Certified Nurse Aides for ALL SHIFTS, with competitive shift differentials and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time positions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assess residents' nursing needs regularly.
• Supervise, instruct, and lead resident care responsibilities.
• Complete necessary documentation.
• Delegate tasks appropriately.
• Perform and document treatments.
• Evaluate and communicate treatment effectiveness.
• Assist with resident and family education as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Current NYS Certified Nurse Aide certification required at hire; newly certified candidates considered.
• Experience in healthcare preferred, especially with the elderly.

Qualifications:
