Visiting Angels of Magnolia is hiring Certified Nurses Assistants to serve clients throughout the North Houston area, including Plantersville, Karen, Willis, Pinebrook, Bobville, and more. As a CNA, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship, following each client's care plan.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
Reliable transportation to client homes when scheduled.
Comfort with light housekeeping and cooking while following dietary constraints.
Willing to comply with health and safety standards and background checks.

As a Visiting Angels Certified Nurses Assistant - CNA, you'll play a vital role in enriching the quality of life of clients and supporting their wellness in accordance with their custom care plans. This can include:

Helping clients with personal care and hygiene
Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks
Planning and preparing meals with clients
Handling light housekeeping duties
Reporting health changes or unusual incidents
Providing pleasant, supportive companionship
Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
Accompanying and supervise clients during shopping trips
Reminding clients to take prescription medications appropriately
Providing assistance with mobility and ambulation both at home and during appointments/errands

Certified Nurses Assistant - CNA Job Requirements:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Posses a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
