Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, and promote safety and mobility in a caregiver-first team.

The role requires an active CNA license in Texas, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. You will engage with clients respectfully, document care, and contribute to a supportive care environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with CNA license in Texas.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/transfer clients and assist with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility through range-of-motion exercises and routine activities.
• Monitor health by tracking intake and reporting changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance as ordered.
• Support daily life with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Advocate for safety in all client interactions.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands‑on support: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Advocate for safety
