Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Montana seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. This full-time position (36 hours per week) supports the professional nursing staff and delivers patient-centered care across ages, with emphasis on daily living activities and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds a Montana CNA license, BLS certification, and demonstrates proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA license in good standing with Montana regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or in good standing.
• EMR experience and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing staff with patient care across age spectrum.
• Provide activities of daily living support, meals, feeding, mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and intake/output; document in EMR.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in quality improvement projects.

C.N.A. opportunity in beautiful Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a C.N.A. position. A certified nursing assistant provides assistance to the professional nursing staff providing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum. Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, blood glucose and records intake and output information. Collaborates with ancillary staff and communicates with care team and co-workers regarding patient condition. Participates in quality and performance improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Licensure and Certifications: Current CNA license per State of Montana Regulations with certification in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation. Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer Skills/EMR experience preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week
