Job summary

Laural Parke in Houston, TX is hiring a hospitality-focused Certified Nurses Aide to join our team, delivering compassionate care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Starting pay is 14.50 per hour. The CNA will assist with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning and mobility, while observing and reporting resident conditions and maintaining a clean, safe living space.

Qualifications

• Maintains safe and sanitary work stations and equipment.
• Encourages independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs and rehabilitation.
• Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.

• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
