Job summary

Together We Can Staffing Agenc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time night shift position at 1249 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10029. The CNA works under the supervision of an RN or LPN to provide resident care and support tailored to individual needs.

Requirements include New York State CNA Certification and eligibility to work in the United States, with more than 1 year of experience preferred. Night shift runs from 11pm to 7:15am; EEO compliance is observed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals per care plans.
• Serve meals to residents in dining rooms or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality care in compliance with state, federal regulations.

Essential Functions

Under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN,the CNAperformsvarious resident care activities and related non-professional duties for the specific needs and comfort of the aged and those that need our help.

• Assistresidents with activities of daily livingincludingbathing, dressing,groomingand toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits tosupervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations.
