Freeman Health System’s Stroke Unit (CMU) is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in providing fundamental care for stroke and dialysis patients. You will work under a nurse’s supervision to ensure patient comfort, safety, and timely routine tasks.
The role requires Missouri CNA licensure, completion of unit-specific competencies, and completion of orientation within set timelines.

The cardiac medical unit is a 35-bed department consisting of multidisciplinary teams of RNs, LPNs, nurse technicians, and ancillary staff. We work together to provide compassionate patient care for stroke and dialysis patients. CMU serves Freeman and our community as the designated stroke floor to help maintain a Level II Stroke Accreditation. We serve a population of hemodynamically stable neuro-medical and renal patients.
