La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct primary care services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at a FQHC, delivering comprehensive medical and behavioral health services across multiple sites, with a focus on vulnerable populations. The contracted annual salary is $95,000, reflecting the essential community role and commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the NM Board of Nursing to practice, or eligible for licensure.
• Board Certification in a primary care specialty.
• DEA certification
• NM Board of Pharmacy certification
• Must have a current NM Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Graduate from Nurse Practitioner program.
• Additional training in Primary Care preferred but not required e.g. diabetes education, women's health

Job Summary

Provides direct primary care health services to LCDF patients within the scope of laws and regulations.
