Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active (or eligible) state NP license.
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• 1–2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
• Proactive, team-oriented professional eager to grow and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories, physicals, and clinical evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans independently with physician support as needed.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on care plans.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate across the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation.
