- Estimated Compensation: $47.46 - $52.61 per hour (negotiable).
- Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week.

Summary of Duties
The Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) is responsible for providing advanced nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. The CNP will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Mexico.
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
- Certification from recognized certifying bodies (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, order and interpret diagnostics.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications.
- Patient Care: Provide direct care, perform procedures, monitor progress.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with healthcare team members and participate in meetings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards.
- Compliance: Follow healthcare regulations, maintain confidentiality, ensure safety.
