Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for per-diem shifts across our labor and delivery unit in Southern New Hampshire. You will provide prenatal, labor, and postpartum care, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include fetal monitoring, vaginal deliveries, C-sections as first assist, education for patients and students, and maintaining thorough documentation in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program.
• CNM certification by AMCC.
• Minimum 2 years labor and delivery experience in a hospital.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery care for women in labor with monitoring and pain management.
• Vaginal deliveries following protocols.
• Cesarean section first assist.
• Telephone triage for obstetric/gynecologic patients.
• Patient education on breastfeeding and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EPIC.
• Educate students and residents in midwifery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
