Job summary

Northshore Health Centers in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to deliver comprehensive obstetric and women’s health services within a PCMH framework. Under supervision of collaborating physicians, you will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care to maximize patient outcomes for NSHC patients.

Essential duties include labor support, postpartum care, and coordinating referrals. Ideal candidates hold RN, CNM, APRN licenses in Indiana, with DEA and related credentials;

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care for female patients from puberty through adulthood.
• Stays with obstetric patients during labor and performs postpartum examinations.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
