LifeLong Medical Care in Richmond, CA seeks a Full-Time or Part-Time Certified Nurse Midwife to provide prenatal, postpartum and gynecologic care at the William Jenkins Health Center. The CNM works within a community clinic and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

Position is represented by UAPD; compensation and benefits are set by the CBA with a sign-on bonus and robust benefits package. Current California CNM license with furnishing required.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in a community clinic.
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care.
• Advise patients and coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement.
• Support shared medical visits when appropriate.
