Requirements

• Completion of a program recognized by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) that qualifies for the ACNM or ACC certificate examination
• ACNM or ACC certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife or Certified Midwife, with compliance with ACNM regulations for Continued Competency Assessment
• Licensed in the state of WA as a CNM by the time of employment
• Board certification
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• At least two years of experience as a practicing CNM

Pay and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay range is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD, influenced by experience, certifications, and education. If applicable, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on union contract and experience.
