Unified Women’s Healthcare in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Full Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our established single-specialty group delivering care to obstetric and gynecologic patients. The CNM will manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and work closely with the team at Health Park Medical Center (Level III NICU).

Qualifications

• Two years CNM experience.
• AMCB CNM certification.
• ACME-accredited CNM program.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
• Active RN license and CPR/NALS certification.
• Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Assist in births and manage both gynecologic and obstetric patients.
• Deliver care in a hospital setting at Health Park Medical Center (Level III NICU).
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff for high-quality patient care.

Certified nurse midwife (CNM) is responsible for working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients, assisting in births, and providing health care to women post-pregnancy. The CNM will assist with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and may also provide reproductive care, treatment, and education to female patients.

• Large single-specialty group - 17 MDs (4 GYN only), 9 Midwives, 4 PAs
• 1 Call Day per Week

Requirements

• Two years CNM experience
• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
