We offer an impressive starting pay range of $19.00 - $22.00/hour with applicable shift differentials, additional pay for experience, and bonus opportunities.

Our CNAs provide quality care by assisting residents with personal, nutritional, and restorative care. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, organized, compassionate, and eager to work with the elderly.

Typical Responsibilities

• Assist licensed personnel with basic nursing care
• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and skin care
• Assist residents with nutritional needs, including feeding and hydration
• Support restorative care, including exercises and proper positioning
• Perform measurements and specimen collection as needed
• Report on residents' conditions during shifts
• Communicate with the healthcare team and accompany residents to appointments
• Launder residents' personal items
• Adhere to safety, attendance, and scheduling policies
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to HIPAA and residents' rights

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide on the South Carolina registry in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in elderly long-term care
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
