Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants to deliver compassionate, patient‑facing care under nursing supervision. You will take vitals, bathe and dress patients, move them safely, and report changes in condition.

Training may occur in a classroom and clinical setting with competency assessments at the end. Benefits include up to $1,800 sign-on bonus, front-loaded 24 hours PTO, relocation up to $3,000, and a career ladder within the Cardiac department.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 3 months of inpatient/long-term care nursing assistant or related pathway.
• Licensure: MO CNA license or MO CNA Appendix; license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision (take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients, change linens).
• Observe patient condition and report changes to nursing staff or clinical educator.
• Participate in clinical rotations and competency assessments as required.
