Position Summary

Perform or assist with residents’ basic personal hygiene and daily activities, ensuring holistic care tailored to individual needs.

Essential Duties

• Maintain residents’ daily hygiene.
• Learn and respect resident preferences to personalize care.
• Accurately document care and report discrepancies promptly.
• Apply safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding resident status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• 3-6 months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Medium-heavy physical work; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds, frequent movement, and physical interactions.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and communicable diseases.
• Frequent interruptions and interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
