• Shift differentials:
  • Evening: $3.00 per hour
  • Night: $5.00 per hour
  • Weekend: $4.50 per hour
• Premiums:
  • Per Diem: 15%
  • Lead: $3.25 per hour
  • On‑Call: $3.00 per hour
  • Preceptor: $1.50 per hour
  • Trainer: $1.50 per hour

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED. Completion of a state‑approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Minimum one year of experience in a long‑term or acute care setting preferred.
