Job summary

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs. The CNA will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, applying foundational nursing principles and basic assessment skills to help implement individualized care plans for residents.

Qualified applicants should have completed a state-approved CNA program, with a preference for experience in geriatric or rehabilitation settings.

Qualifications

• The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing.
