Kenwood Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to meet residents' personal care needs in line with Care Plans. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities, responding promptly to call lights and ensuring residents' comfort.

This full-time, part-time or PRN position offers weekday and weekend shifts with differential incentives, great benefits, PTO accrual, and flexible schedules. Prior LTC experience and active state registry status are valued.

Competenze

• State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program completed.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Mansioni

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach.
• Ensures residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in activities of daily living.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

All Shifts including 8 hour shifts and Weekend Warriors
