Available Shifts:
  • Days: 7 am - 3 pm
  • Evenings: 3 pm - 11 pm
  • Nights: 11 pm - 7 am
Pay, Benefits and Perks:
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time qualifying candidates
  • Competitive Pay Based on Experience
  • Evening Shift Differential Pay: additional $3.00 / hour
  • Paid Time Off (PTO+) after 30 days of employment; accrue more PTO as you work (full-time only)
  • Earn PTO+ for perfect attendance each quarter (full-time only)
  • 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees
  • Up to $5,000 annually in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs

Essential Functions:
  • Respond to resident signals and bells to determine needs
  • Assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
  • Help with feeding and obtain food trays
  • Assist with range of motion exercises
  • Provide personal care and comfort
  • Assist with wheelchair movement and activities
  • Record vital signs and fluid intake/output as directed
  • Deliver resident care services directly and indirectly
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Report changes in residents’ clinical condition to nursing team
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must pass a state-issued exam
  • Valid CNA certification in Missouri
  • Six months of experience in long-term care preferred
  • Maintain a valid email and phone number for communication
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
  • Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
