Available Shifts:
  • Rotating Schedule (Full Time Mids): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Weekend Doubles: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM

  • $2,500 Sign-on bonus available for qualified full-time employees

Essential Functions of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
  • Respond to resident needs via signal lights and bells
  • Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
  • Obtain food trays and assist with feeding
  • Assist with range of motion exercises
  • Provide personal care and comfort
  • Assist with movement to wheelchair or activity areas
  • Help residents with ambulation for short distances
  • Record vital signs and fluid intake/output as directed
  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Report changes in residents’ clinical condition to nursing team
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Pass a state-issued exam
  • Valid CNA certification in Missouri
  • Six months experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Maintain a valid email and phone number for communication
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergencies
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
