Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care, Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation).
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion.
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind client to take self-administered medications.
• Report changes in the client's condition to provide quality of care.

Required Skills:

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of current Car Insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
