Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring an in-home CNA to support clients in the Nisswa area. The role starts at $20/hour for CNAs and includes a CNA training program after 5 months with a wage increase upon certification.

We offer free CNA classes and a supportive team with 24/7 staff back-up, PTO, and weekly pay. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed.
• Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding each client.

Requirements

• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
• Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
