Qualifications

• CNA Certification by the State is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and meals as part of the care team.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and BP as instructed.
• Reporting changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor promptly.
