Job summary

Hillside Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and ensure dignity and comfort in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Strong communication and compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long-term or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide mobility support and maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Report changes in condition to the healthcare team promptly.
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being.

What You Bring as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
