Job summary

Alliance Health seeks Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time and per diem positions at Serenity Hospice, a non-profit skilled nursing facility in Southborough, MA. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care to geriatric residents, supporting their daily needs and contributing to a compassionate care team.

Per diem shifts offer flexible weekend and holiday coverage to fit your schedule. Qualified candidates must hold an active MA CNA certification and be vaccinated for COVID-19.

Qualifications

• Active MA CNA certification is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Support geriatric residents in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure quality of care.

Full Time or Per Diem CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant.

Per Diem CNAs are required to:

• Work 1 Weekend per month
• Must Pick up 1 Minor Holiday per year
