Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for day shift, with part-time or full-time opportunities, to provide compassionate in-home care. You will support daily living activities, monitor client health, and document changes in condition while working one-on-one with clients in their homes.

This role emphasizes safety, communication, and patient independence. Ideal candidates hold a CNA, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma, and are committed to delivering

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Daily Living Activities (ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker tasks, dietary needs).
• Report changes in client's condition and needs; complete appropriate records.
• Provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

We have full-time & part-time shifts available. CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home. This position is responsible for assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities. In addition, this position will report changes in client's condition and needs and complete appropriate records.
