Delta Oaks Post Acute in Stockton, California is seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team and deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents.

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will assist with daily living activities, transfers, and treatments while maintaining resident confidentiality and promoting safety.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), You Will Put Resident Service First And Ensure That Residents And Their Families Receive The Highest Quality Care. Under The Direction Of a Licensed Nurse, You Will Deliver Efficient And Effective Nursing Care Essential To Caring For The Personal Needs And Comfort Of Residents. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice To Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
