Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the nursing team in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Under the direction of an RN, you will provide compassionate patient care during day shifts on 12-hour days, part-time, with every other weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates hold an Illinois CNA certification and a current CPR card, plus excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registered in Illinois.
• Current CPR card required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Previous hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision.
• Support nursing team in med-surg and pediatric-adult patients on a 12-hour day schedule.
