Job Description

This position provides, encourages, and instructs residents in maintaining or reaching the highest level of function of ADLs (activities of daily living) through comprehensive care plans. The CNA is primarily responsible for providing individual and comprehensive resident care in accordance with the care plan, under the supervision of licensed personnel. The role involves reporting any deviations in resident status to the appropriate licensed personnel and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
