Job summary

WeCare Centers at The Green Home Care Center in Wellsboro, PA is seeking dedicated CNAs for full-time roles. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a supportive team that values compassion and quality care.

As a CNA you will assist residents with daily activities, observe health conditions, document intake, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid PA CNA certification.
• Experience caring for residents preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health issues to a nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Assist with feeding and document intake.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean.
• Assist with transporting residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents and provide compassionate care.
• Provide a caring atmosphere for residents and families.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
