Job summary

American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne is seeking a Weekend Option Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and provide companionship in a warm, homelike environment. Must hold an Indiana CNA certification and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility while delivering compassionate care aligned with the CARE values.
