American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Weekend Option Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Summit City Nursing and Rehabilitation on day and evening shifts. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and support a homelike, respectful care environment.

Ideal candidates hold an Indiana CNA certification, can lift and mobilize residents, and demonstrate CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
