Devon Oaks Assisted Living in Westlake, OH is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (STNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health needs as part of a caring team.

Shifts include 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with every other weekend and rotating holidays required. PRN available. Responsibilities include ADLs, cleanliness, laundry, transport to appointments, status updates and providing companionship.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as rising, showering, dressing, oral care.
• Maintain cleanliness of apartments in between scheduled housekeeping.
• Wash residents' personal laundry and linens.
• Escort residents to appointments.
• Inform co-workers of resident status at shift changes.
• Provide companionship, interaction and emotional support.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $22.00 Hourly

SHIFTS:

2:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. (8 hours)

6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (12 hours)

Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required.
PRN available (No sign-on bonus available for PRN).

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist residents in activities of daily living, including but not limited to rising, showering, dressing, oral care, peri-care, ambulating and going to meals; make general observations.
• Maintain cleanliness of apartments in between scheduled housekeeping.
• Wash residents' personal laundry and linens.
• Escort residents on appointments.
• Inform co-workers of resident status at change of shift.
• Regularly visit with residents, providing companionship, interaction and emotional support.
