Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Nebraska in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide meal support and feeding assistance as needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, especially in Memory Care.
• Follow care plans and document care provided accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and team members to deliver care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on day shift. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety while promoting independence and quality of life. CNAs play a vital role in creating a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide support during meals, including assistance with feeding as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical condition, behavior, or mood to the nursing team
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, especially those in Memory Care
• Follow individualized care plans and document care provided accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska in good standing
• Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care is preferred (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, reposition, and assist residents as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
